Yes. Need the garments too? Sew For Real can source blank apparel and merchandise for your project, including polos, T-shirts, hats, jackets, workwear, bags, and other embroidery-ready products. Product availability and pricing vary by brand, style, quantity, and supplier.
Can I bring my own garments?
Yes, subject to review and approval for embroidery suitability. Contact us before purchasing or supplying garments. We will review the material, garment construction, design and order requirements to determine the best embroidery approach.
Do you charge for digitizing?
FREE digitizing (up to 10,000 stitches) is available on your first logo for orders over $250. Additional digitizing and setup charges may apply depending on the artwork, stitch count, size, complexity, placement, or additional logos/designs. Applicable digitizing and setup fees will be calculated and included in your final invoice.
What is standard turnaround, and do you offer rush embroidery?
Standard production turnaround is generally 10–14 business days after digital proof approval. Expedited rush production is available subject to studio schedule, capacity, and confirmation:
• 1-Week Turnaround: +10% to 20%
• 3-Day Turnaround: +20% to 35%
• Next-Day / 24-Hour Turnaround: +25% to 50%
• Same-Day / Emergency Turnaround: +50% to 100%
Rush service is subject to production capacity, garment availability, design complexity, quantity, artwork readiness, and approval. Rush fees are calculated as a percentage of applicable order charges. Contact us to confirm availability before placing a time-sensitive order.
Do you ship nationwide and offer local pickup?
Yes. Local pickup is available for customers within our 15-mile service area of Townsend, Delaware. Nationwide shipping is available via UPS. Based in Townsend, Delaware, Sew For Real serves local customers throughout the surrounding area while offering nationwide shipping for eligible orders. Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination, and included in your final quote or invoice.

What is your Minimum Order?
Standard corporate-order pricing generally begins at 25 units. For specialized premium runs or tailored merchandise programs, orders may start at 12 units.
Can we see a physical sample or digital proof?
We provide high-resolution digital proofs in PDF format for every order showing exact placement, sizing, and thread color matches for your written sign-off before stitching begins. Physical pre-production samples are available for qualifying high-volume programs.
